Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Turbulent purchase.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unworn, unused and unwashed;

• in its original condition; and

• returned with all original tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, makeup or damage may not be accepted.

Change of Mind or Wrong Size

If you change your mind or order the wrong size, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

For eligible returns within Australia, Turbulent will cover the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@turbulent.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please use the Returns section on our website and follow the instructions provided.

You will need your order details to submit your return request.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved.
